General knowledge of the first use of the motor
1. Inspection before motor installation
1.1 Motor installation dimensions and basic parameters check.
1.1.1 Universal motors can be checked against motor samples. Special motors or motors with technical agreements and outline drawings shall be inspected item by item according to the agreement requirements and outline drawings. The inspection results are qualified before proceeding to the next step.
1.1.2 Is the motor nameplate consistent with the contract or agreement?
1.1.3 Check the direction of rotation.
The low-voltage general-purpose products (H80--H315) have no requirements for the direction of rotation, and the motor can be operated in both forward and reverse directions; for low-voltage and high-power products, it is necessary to check whether the requirements of the motor direction sign and the contract or agreement are the same.
The direction of rotation of the high-voltage 2 and 4-pole motors is required, and the motor of 6 or more poles has no requirements for the direction of rotation (except in special cases). The direction of rotation must be consistent with the direction of the main engine's selection and rotation, so that the motor can be used normally. Otherwise, the motor temperature rise is too high.
1.2 Motor inspection.
1.2.1 DC resistance check
Motor three-phase winding DC resistance check: measure the DC resistance of the three-phase winding, the difference between the resistance of any phase of the three-phase DC resistance and the average value of the DC resistance of the three-phase winding shall not be greater than 1% of the average value of the DC resistance of the three-phase winding. .
1.2.2 Insulation resistance check
Insulation resistance Check the insulation resistance of the winding to ground. The insulation resistance of the stator winding is measured using a shaker with an output voltage between 500 and 2500 VDC. If the measured value is ≤ 1MΩ/KV, the winding is dried.
2, basic inspection
2.1 The foundation shall have sufficient strength to avoid resonance of the force generated by the system and the motor under normal and abnormal operating conditions.
2.2 The foundation shall be capable of withstanding sudden mechanical moments that occur during motor starting or under abnormal conditions.
2.3 The base or steel base should allow for a cushion of approximately 2 mm. But under no circumstances should it exceed 4mm.
3, correcting requirements
3.1 When installing the motor, please note that the center line of the motor shaft must be consistent with the center line of the machine to be driven. Otherwise, the bearing will be damaged and the shaft will be broken. The tolerance between the two couplings is in line with the standard. Pay special attention to protect the foot plane of the motor. Do not bump or damage the plane of the foot. When adjusting the center height of the motor, a flat pad should be added between the motor foot plane and the rigid foundation. The number of flat pads should be as small as possible.
3.2 To ensure sufficient axial clearance when looking for the positive, consider the amount of thermal expansion of the motor.
4, test machine
4.1 No-load test machine: The first test machine, jog, check the motor rotation. Turn it to the correct position and run it on. The motor vibration and bearing temperature are detected every 10 minutes for the first run. If there is no abnormality after 30 minutes, the detection time interval can be extended and detected once every 30 minutes. Run for 2 hours, no problem can stop the test machine.
4.2 Full load test machine: The full load test machine project is the same as above. It only takes more than 4 hours to run.
